Technical Lead – Software Verification & Validation

Experience: 8 – 10 Years (2-3 years in Senior or Lead role)

Required Skills /Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in ECE/EEE with more than 8 years to 10 years of Automotive experience.
• Should have Experience in Basic Software Testing (BSW) and AUTOSAR
• Good exp in Unit/ /integration/component/System level-functional, Diagnostics testing (White & Black box testing) – Manual & Automation testing.
• Good Exp in Test scenarios/Test cases/Test reports preparations
• Good at Hardware Knowledge (Able to debug the Test Environment)
• Good Knowledge in Testing Methods, Aspice
• Some Basic Knowledge in writing Stub Codes and Understanding the C code
• Good Knowledge in CAN, LIN & Flexray Protocols
• Should have Experience in CAN, CANoe, VectorCAST, CANape tools
• Knowledge of UDS diagnostics for automotive ECUs.
• Basic Knowledge on Debuggers
• Good in Scripting (CAPL, Python…)
• Tools (Config management & Technical): PTC Integrity, DOORs, Vector (CAN), Flashing tools, Debuggers.
• Good understanding & experience in HiL set up, dSPACE Control desk, Test Automation desk, & SiL Environments.                       
• Tracking of Test activities (Planning/ Effort Estimation/ Completion/ Documentation/ Process/…) with internal and external partners and customers.    
• Excellent knowledge: Microsoft Project/ DOORS/ PTC Integrity/ Microsoft tool suite 
• Knowledge in Automotive Brake/Steering systems preferable.           
• Good knowledge of Automotive Standards: e.g., ISO26262, ASPICE                   
• Preferable: Certified Tester: ISTQB Foundation level and optional: Advanced level.    
• Soft skills: lateral thinking, flexibility, team spirit and presentation techniques.

Excellent communication skills in English (Verbal/written).
