Position Description:
Working within a growing software development team, the successful applicant will make major contributions to the development of high quality, robust solutions to meet the expanding market for Automotive ECU systems such as braking and steering division.
Position Requirements: Your profile as Software Project Manager
- Proven project management/leadership experience (Min 3 year) with knowledge of embedded software development processes, preferably in automotive sector
- Strong experience in SW Development Life Cycle (Preferable V-Model)
- Good knowledge on automotive standards (e.g. ASPICE, AUTOSAR and ISO26262)
- Good experience in Nurturing teamwork, cooperation, and relationship building
- Good experience in MS Project Planning, DOORs, version control, configuration management and Life cycle management tools (Preferably PTC integrity)
- Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills; able to manage diverse teams
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge on organization processes (CMMI/ISO etc ) and structure
- Knowledge automotive product development processes (Preferably Braking/Steering Products)
Fluent in English and willing to travel occasionally
