To check quality of product at each stage of the operation right from the RM receipt to final dispatch, all in process and online inspection as per the standard test methods.
Knowledge of UV Spectro, ICP emission Spectro, Gass Chromatography, Edible oil testing, water testing procedures. Knowledge of HACCP, QMS ISO22000.
Responsible for smooth operation of analytical laboratory, calibration of measurement equipment’s in lab. ensure GLP and monitoring the GMP & GHP Program in production.
Lot tracking for all RM/PM and testing as per frequency in lab.
Identify areas of quality failures and taking steps to rectify the system vide preventive and corrective actions to avoid the reoccurrence.
Validating quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality
attributes; writing and updating quality assurance procedures.
Assuring ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
Responsible for QC activities in SAP/ERP and BOM controls with respect to actual
usage. Ensure full traceability of our material used in the process.
Monitor operations that affect quality and defects.
Supervise and guide technicians, and other staff of the factory about Quality standard.
Keep records of quality reports, and relevant documentation
Ensure all legal standards are met .
Experience of minimum 2 years. Salary as per industry standards
